Emblematic wine from Castello Nipozzano, historic estate Frescobaldi a few kilometers northeast of Florence, Nipozzano Riserva is a symbol of the Tuscan winemaking tradition and the indissoluble bond with terroir.
Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red color. Red fruits and ripe citrus notes give rise to a delicately fruity nose, followed by elegant notes of violets. This is complemented by a light spiciness. The palate is expressed with intriguing harmonic complexity; it is dense and persistent.
Pairings: Excellent when paired with grilled red meat, roast lamb, aged cheeses.

This wine, chosen by the Family Frescobaldi to continue the tradition of reserving a Private Collection for its new born, originates from the oldest vines of Castello Nipozzano, endowed with a deep root system. Of great complexity and harmony, it is aged for 24 months in oak barrels as per ancient Tuscan tradition.
Tasting Notes: Intense and brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, the floral and fruity notes are perfectly integrated with the spice. Rosehips and violets, stand out among them all, and are balanced with hints of small red berries. A persistent balsamicity and elegant toastiness complete the nose.
Pairings: with structured pasta dishes or to meat preparations, it is perfect with stuffed cannelloni.
- Chianti Rufina 2021 Riserva Docg Montesodi - Frescobaldi
An ancient stronghold defending Florence since the year 1000, Castello di Nipozzano is the most famous and historic property of the family Frescobaldi. In popular tradition, Nipozzano means without a well, testifying that the area was poor in water, an ideal circumstance for the cultivation of vines.
Tasting Notes: by. color rruby bone intense with garnet highlights. The nose is intense, fresh, fragrant, mineral, with hints of herbs, cherries under spirits, violets, ginger. The palate is persistent, mineral, with slightly rough tannins. Final note of bitter almond and hazelnut, very elegant.
Pairings: perfect with beef stew, roast kid, pan-cooked pigeon.
