A goddess of the hunt, her representation mirrors the characterizing elements of Rosé Le Marchesine: the goddess, feminine and delicate, just like Chardonnay, accompanied by a bear, as strong as Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes.: by. ccopper pink color bright, the nose presents sponge cake and cookies, then pink grapefruit and nectarines, along with whole wheat bread and pomegranate. The mouth is taut, crisp and vibrant, rich in fresh citrus returns and perfectly savory in creamy effervescence.
Pairings: perfect with coccio in guazzetto, cacciucco but also with a classic cheese and charcuterie board.
