The Estate Classics Alois Lageder reflect the countless facets of Alto Adige wine production by highlighting its wide range of varieties. Whites and reds that are vinified predominantly from grapes sourced from trusted vintners whose vineyards are carefully selected by the estate based on their specific varietal suitability. Winemakers to whom the estate is linked by a long-standing partnership, with whom it shares all its quality goals. The Müller Thurgau, from selected vineyards in the Isarco Valley and in Signato (above Bolzano), is a fresh, fruity white whose vinification takes place in large steel tanks in order to maintain its natural fragrance characteristics. An ideal wine to accompany a variety of occasions, especially a fine dinner of spice-rich dishes.
Tasting Notes: Straw yellow with light greenish reflections. The nose expresses an intense aroma, typical of the grape variety, with hints of ripe fruit and nutmeg. On the palate it is balanced and full-bodied, with an elegant body. With a fresh and aromatic aftertaste.
Pairings: Also as an aperitif, it goes well with appetizers, salads, freshwater fish main courses, fried or grilled seafood.
