Family Zonin, after purchasing the Masseria Altemura in 2000, wanted, from the very beginning, to bet on Metodo Martinotti Brut "Rosamaro," with the aim of making it a benchmark sparkling wine for Apulian bubbly production. A label of modern style, where quality can be felt from the first sip, also thanks to the strong sparkling wine vocation that the family Zonin has honed over its long history in the Veneto region.
Tasting notes: In the glass it presents itself with a color Rosè light, reminiscent of salmon hue; the perlage is fine and of good duration. The scents that make up the olfactory profile are mainly fruity, fresh and persistent. On the palate it is slender-bodied and drinkable, with a smooth and satisfying drinkability.
Pairings: ideal at aperitif time, where it accompanies different types of finger food and canapés. Also excellent with fried fish.
