A selection of the best gewürztraminer grapes is the basis from which the "Perelise", a wine that the winery Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) conceived to offer a soft label supported by gentle spice. Vinified and left to mature in stainless steel, it offers a juicy, sweet sip that is enriched by subtle fresh, savory puffs released to the grapes from the Alto Adige soils.

Extreme envelopment for a fully enjoyable wine that pairs perfectly with spicy and fragrant dishes.

Tasting Notes.: veste the goblet of a beautiful straw yellow bright and luminous. Intense and aromatic on the nose, it possesses a rich and varied bouquet, in which rose petals, apricot and tropical fruit can be recognized, and finally also vanilla and cinnamon. In tasting it is refined and balanced, with good body and long persistence.

Pairings: ottimate even for aperitifs, it pairs wonderfully with oriental cuisine preparations. Fabulous to accompany noodles with smoked salmon and curry.
