Lhe cuvée Blanc de Blancs of Montenisa comes from the estate's best vineyards. This Franciacorta, characterized by elegance and charm, is made primarily from the best bunches of chardonnay and a portion of pinot blanc.
Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color enriched with golden reflections. The bouquet is intense and complex, with floral and dried apricot and yellow peach notes that give remarkable breadth to the product. It is full and complex, endowed with vibrant personality in which structure and fragrance stand out.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish-based appetizers and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with seafood risottos.
