The Neprica Primitive is produced by Tormaresca, the company that bears the name and represents Antinori in southern Italy. Founded in 1998, it consists of 2 estates: Bocca di Lupo, located in the Murgia Barese and Masseria Maime, located in the beating heart of Puglia, Salento.
Tasting Notes: by. ruby red color intense. On the nose pleasant notes of red fruits, such as black cherry, combine with slight sensations of candied fruit and licorice. On the palate the entry is soft, characterized by round, structured tannins and supported by a well-balanced freshness.
Pairing: perfect to pair with lamb or pasta dishes with meat sauce, goes well with medium-aged cheeses.
