The Salento Fiano IGT "Roycello" by Tormaresca, vinified exclusively in steel at low temperature to best preserve the aromas of the grape, is a white wine that stands out for its harmony and persistence.
Tasting notes: by straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Citrus (orange blossom, orange) and fruity notes (yellow peach, pineapple) accompanied by delicate floral notes (jasmine) and a slight hint of hazelnut. Smooth entry, followed by a distinct savoriness and pleasant acidity.
Pairings: Also as an aperitif, goes well with shellfish in general and seafood starters.
