The Brunello di Montalcino by Biondi Santi is produced from Greppo vineyards, aged from 10 to 25 years. "La Riserva," on the other hand, originates from 25-year-old vineyards, only in exceptional vintages.
Tasting Notes: by ruby red color intense. Complex, with hints of wilted rose. Harmonious, well-structured, warm, with tannins and acidity in perfect balance. Persistent and savory.
Pairings: perfect with roasts, especially game, aged parmesan or pecorino cheese
