A Chardonnay wine with a Mediterranean soul, Chiarandà 2021 offers an intense bouquet with notes of citrus, aromatic herbs and elegant hints given by long aging. In the mouth it is broad and structured, with a pleasant savory and mineral texture.

Tasting Notes: by yellow color straw, the nose expresses a beautiful olfactory profile composed of notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, peach and apricot, vanilla and butter. In the mouth it is round, enveloping, structured and well balanced thanks to a good acid component. It closes with a nice finish, of excellent persistence.

Pairings: Throughout the meal, it goes well with typical Sicilian dishes such as pasta alla Norma, mushroom flans, tasty and elaborate white meats.
