From its origins, the winery Deltetto has chosen to enhance what are the grape varieties of the Piedmont lands, and with this Chardonnay it carries on what has always been one of the fundamental principles of the winery.
It is a white that knows only steel, to come to exalt itself in a sip made of freshness, fragrance, smoothness and fruit. To pair with appetizers and excellent with light first courses of seafood cuisine, it is a truly excellent Chardonnay: try it!
Tasting notes: presents itself to the eye as a beautiful straw yellow. The nose is clean and punctual, characterized by hints of flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus fruits. The mouth follows in the footsteps of the nose, proving fragrant and well-balanced, with good length and precision in the finish.
Pairings: perfect for aperitifs and to accompany fish and shellfish appetizers: in particular, it goes well with bread, butter and anchovies. Serving temperature is 9°C.
