Lo Chardonnay "Masche" comes from grapes harvested in vineyards located in the Langa. Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled steel tanks (70%) and in small new allier barrels (30%).
Tasting Notes.: by. straw yellow color with greenish highlights; fine, fruity bouquet with hints of vanilla, apples and bananas.
Pairings: vino dry, elegant and full-bodied, goes very well with fish dishes (shellfish and grilled fish).
