Renato Ratti, produced from an international grape variety that has long been well adapted in the Langhe, comes from the idea of giving birth to a Chardonnay, fresh and with good finesse, excellent both drunk young and after a few years of rest in the bottle. Fragrant and with excellent minerality, it does not disappoint either on the nose or on the palate.
Tasting Notes.: by. g colorstraw yellow. The nose is expressed with dominant hints of exotic fruits and grapefruit; delicate floral notes follow. The palate reveals fresh, savory and full-bodied; it closes with notes of honey.
Pairings: ottimate in combination with fish dishes, both first and second courses, it is also ideal to accompany vegetable-based preparations.
