The Bardolino Classico DOC "Ca' Bordenis" by. Santi takes its name from an ancient farmhouse in the commune of Bardolino, which has always been surrounded by vines, olive trees and cypresses, and the vineyards from which it comes are a splendid example of proper agronomic management. Fragrant and, despite its full body, also very delicate, it is one of those wines that can pleasantly cheer conviviality.
Tasting Notes: by ruby red color. The nose is pleasantly fragrant; it expresses itself with notes of raspberry, morello cherry, floral hints and hints of spice. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and with excellent persistence.
Pairings: excellent with earthy first courses and poultry, also goes well with cured meats.
