Vineyard of about 6 hectares at 230 m above sea level on the ridge of the Val d'Illasi. A large temperature range and perfect 360-degree exposure make the vineyard ideal for obtaining grapes for drying.
Tasting notes: by. red color of good intensity. Aroma of small berries, from currants to blackberries, with hints of tobacco and light leather. Light bouquet of wilted flowers and hints of wild licorice are noticeable. Good balance on the palate and good structure. Repeating sensations of vanilla and cherry, blending persistently.
Pairings: perfect with savory first courses, roasted main courses, grilled meats and aged cheeses.
