Federico II of Swabia deeply fell in love with vulture and of that historical period today we can admire wonderful castles still perfectly preserved. It is here that Aglianico has been cultivated by time immemorial, its place of election, a grape variety capable of telling this territory like no other.
Tasting notes: Of ruby red color Deep, on the nose it expresses notes of cherry that are flanked by hints of candied fruit, aromatic herbs and distant memories of vanilla. In the mouth it is of great intensity and is characterized by a tannic plot perfectly integrated to tasting, which recalls silk. Balanced, pulpy, mineral, slightly savory and great drinking closes with an excellent persistence ending that returns to light fruity notes.
Combinations:: a Through meal, it combines second courses based on red meat. Roasted, grilled game, or at the end of the meal with a plate of seasoned cheeses.
