The Basilicata Rosè IGT Manfredi 2014 is a Rosè that represents the most modern aspect of Vulture, the result of a careful selection of only aglianico grapes and a subsequent very brief vinification on the skins. Once it reaches its typical pink color, reminiscent of coral, it is cold decanted as if it were a white wine and fermented at low temperatures with a specific selection of yeasts.
Tasting Notes.: by. coral pink color, the nose expresses beautiful notes of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, vanilla to thyme. The palate is fresh, savory and mineral, characterized by a particular harmony and an elegant spicy undertone. It closes with a particularly clean, fine and persistent finish.
Pairings: an as an aperitif, it goes well with grilled fish, soups and pasta dishes, white meats, soft cheeses.
