Basilicata Rosè IGT Manfredi 2014 is a Rosè Which represents the most modern laspetto of Vulture, the result of a careful selection of only Aglianico grapes and a subsequent very short winemaking on the skins. Reached the typical pink color, reminiscent of coral, it is cold praised as if it were a white wine and fermented at low temperatures with a specific selection of yeasts.
Tasting notes: Of coral pink color, The nose expresses beautiful notes of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, thyme vanilla. On the palate it is fresh, savory and mineral, characterized by a particular harmony and of an elegant spicy background. He closes with a particularly clean, fine and persistent ending.
