Sunny, hot summer days alternate with cool night breezes so that the pinot grigio clusters reach maturity without incurring pests, diseases, fungi or mold. The result at the sip is a white wine with a frank and genuine character that will win you over from the start and then keep you glued to the goblet until the last drop.

Kaltern's "Soll," Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige, ferments at controlled temperatures and ages for five months on the fine lees, part in steel and part in large wooden barrels. Particularly suitable for pairing with aromatic and fragrant dishes, if you choose it together with risotto with mushrooms and shrimp, it will give you sure satisfaction.

Tasting notes: The color in the glass is a beautiful straw yellow. Ripe pear and white melon are the scents that open the nose, then also crossed by a subtle vanilla vein, as well as enriched by very light hints of sage, rosemary and lemon leaf. The mouthfeel is creamy and round, linear and of long persistence.

Pairings: to be paired with fragrant preparations, it is ideal to accompany risotto with shrimp and mushrooms.
