Pinot Grigio has been cultivated in Trentino, Italy, for decades. In the foothill and valley floor vineyards-now converted to organic viticulture-in Lavis and Gardolo, on the sandy loam soils originating from deposits of the Avisio stream and alluvial sediments of the Adige River, Pinot Grigio finds the ideal substrate.
Tasting Notes.: by. golden yellow color intense. Warm and inviting aroma, rich in ripe fruit and honey. Rich minerality stands out in the mouth, with a long, fruity aftertaste.
