The vineyards feed from extreme soils with over 40% of clay and skeleton, with a quantity of limestone coming from nearby plaster fields that makes the composition of the soil very rich in sodium. The latter characteristic represents a brake to the natural exuberance of the plant supplied vigorously through biodynamic agriculture. All the wines presented, are confirmed at very high levels of quality and pleasantness, with the acute of the Cabernet Franc which bears the company name, a complex and elegant red.
