The farm approach is aimed at achieving the highest quality in the cultivation of the main native grape varieties (Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella) to be used for the production of wines Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella.
The winery vinifies only grapes from the own vineyards, planted in the proportions prescribed by the specifications: their destination for the production of Amarone, Valpolicella o wine from Ripasso is decided year by year, according to the characteristics of the grapes with respect to seasonal trends. The hilly position and favorable exposure to winds also provide an ideal climate for drying the grapes.
