Tasting notes: Of golden color With a beautiful shine and a good consistency. The nose opens with hints of pear and citrus, then notes of spice of particular elegance take place. On the palate it is of excellent freshness and good drink, characterized by a beautiful flavor and a good softness. It is a balanced and persistent wine.
Combinations: Perfect for a substantial aperitif, it goes well with fresh cheeses and white meats, as well as cold cuts. We recommend trying it with grilled mazzancolles.
