The Monferrato DOC "Montej Bianco" by. Villa Sparina is a white wine of great freshness and light body, made from chardonnay and sauvignon blanc grapes growing on limestone soil, vinified in temperature-controlled steel. It is a creative wine and a new challenge for the winery Villa Sparina, a young and easygoing wine, perfect next summer.
Tasting notes: presents itself with a color straw yellow, perfectly transparent and very bright. The nose opens with floral and slightly aromatic notes, later the fruit. On the palate the wine is delicate, enveloping, fresh and of medium persistence.
Pairings: is a fresh and light wine, to be paired with fish first courses or a summer aperitif. Or for a picnic on the beach while eating a rice salad.
