Valpolicella

The Valpolicella Ripasso it's a DOC red wine of the Veneto produced exclusively in the Valpolicella in the province of Verona from native vines such as Corvina, Corvinone (to the maximum extent of 50% to replace the Corvina), Rondinella but also in minor percentages with Forselina, Negrara and Osleta. Molinara recently left the specification as mandatory is still allowed. They are the same grapes that are used for the production of Amarone and Recioto.
