This Friuli Aquileia Chardonnay Made by Ca 'Bolani is a Friulian white that drinks with great pleasantness, in which the sip is never tiring, but rather punctually enveloping.

Tasting notes: it reveals itself to the sight with a shade that recalls the GScillerino iallo, crossed by more greenish flashes. The range of perfumes that surrounds the nose orchestra around notes of white pulp fruit, from which shades of renetta apple and kaiser emerge, embellished with touches of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it has a decisive entrance and a sliding body, from which a nice acid shoulder emerges. It ends with a persistent ending characterized by a fruity aftertaste.

Combinations: ideal with vegetable dishes, it also goes well with the seconds based on fish, cooked with delicate preparations. Excellent with a vegetarian couscous.

 

  • 2 Friulian 2021 Doc Friuli Aquileia

Friulian is the white wine par excellence of the region Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is in fact an autochthonous grape variety of this area of ​​Italy, whose origins are very ancient, which Ca 'Bolani, a great production reality of the territory, declines with a label full of perfumes and fresh on the palate, an expression of the Doc Friuli Aquileia .

Tasting notes: in the chalice it manifests itself with a straw yellow color, with some slight reflection tending to the golden. Fruit aromas kindly invade the nose, enriched with a scent of fresh almond and mineral touches, which bring back to the Focaia stone. In the mouth it is of medium body, wrapping, round, with a sip of good acidity, which gives a crunchy drink.

Combinations: very versatile, it is excellent both at the an aperitif time, with a nice cutting board of salami and sausages, and throughout the meal. Perfect with an asparagus flan.
