An ancient Sardinian grape variety, torbato was brought to the Iberian coast by the Phoenicians and introduced to island agriculture under Catalan rule. A variety of particular charm that for many years has been the subject of study by Sella & Mosca, the first company to believe in it and to decide to vinify its fruit in purity.
Tasting Notes.: by. g colorstraw yellow with slight golden hues. On the nose it expresses fruity scents typical of controlled fermentation followed by beautiful slightly herbaceous notes. The palate is dry, fresh, with firm backbone and no harshness, with excellent persistence.
Pairings: an as an aperitif, it goes well with shellfish and seafood starters.
