A great classic of Sicilian viticulture, Nero D'Avola Amira is narrated by Principi di Butera with a linear and flowing bottle, in which flavors and sensations tell of the perfect synergy between land and man.
Tasting Notes.: in the glass it announces itself with a deep, dark color, reminiscent of the ruby hue in the rim. The nose is dominated by rich, layered notes, moving on scents of almond and sweet spices. On the palate, it is round, full-bodied, with a dry mouthfeel, marked by a clear fruity flavor. It ends with a finish of excellent persistence.
Pairings: goes well with savory dishes, especially main courses of both white and red meat. It is also perfect with a nice selection of aged cheeses.
