Famous Accornero house wine. "Bricco del Bosco Vigne Vecchie" is a DOC red made from 100% grignolino grapes.
Maceration takes place in contact with the skins for a period of 20 days, while aging is important, about 30 months in oak tonneau and 24 in the bottle.

Tasting Notes: Intense ruby red with light garnet highlights. The nose is intense, complex and fine. Dried flowers and currant jam, wild strawberries. Spicy tones of black pepper, then opens to sweeter notes of cocoa, vanilla. The drink is enveloping, dominated by a nice savory streak. Tannin well present and integrated. Its aromatic trail is long and intense.
Pairings: It pairs perfectly with first and second courses of meat.
