For decades this variety has found a perfect home in the vineyards hillsides that extend between Sorni and Pressano. Optimal exposure and medium-textured, calcareous soils originating from sediments of siltstone and dolomite lithology concretize the pedo-climatic conditions necessary to produce grapes of great quality and marked personality.
Tasting notes: is presented in the glass with a ruby red color very dense with violet hues. The aroma, intense and characteristic, is expressed with notes of blackberry and plum with hints of vanilla, toast and chocolate. In the mouth the wine is balanced, persistent and well structured.
Pairings: excellent with grilled meats, first courses with meat sauce, aged cheeses and mushrooms.
