Sicilia Insolia DOC ''Carizza'' was born on the hills of Butera, in south-central Sicily; processed exclusively in steel, it is a white wine strongly linked to its native land, whose colors and scents it has made its own. Very pleasant, it is also perfect to open a meal.
Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color, with greenish highlights. The nose is pleasantly broad; hints of pineapple and mango and notes of broom and cantaloupe stand out. The palate is rich, with pleasant finesse and beautiful harmony.
Pairings: ottimate with appetizers and fish starters, it also goes very well with vegetarian dishes.
