The red wine Court of Cama 2020 Docg Sforzato di Valtellina is produced using the best and dried bunches of Nebbiolo grapes from the Valtellina Superiore area.
The grapes are dried for two months in the fruttaio, an aerated room on the highest floor of the CasaClima Wine cellar. The fruit caresses the palate: a roundness that gives warmth for an interminable lengthening to share in company. On the label, the ancestral sign depicts the ancient courtyard with the passage of people.
Tasting notes.: from the color intense garnet red with distinct hints of red fruit under spirits and dried mountain flowers, fine notes of spice. Warm, dry and persistent taste with beautiful freshness on the finish. A wine of great body and elegance.
