Etna Bianco Lavico is made by the Sicilian winery. Duca di Salaparuta, using carricante grapes grown entirely on the Vajasindi Estate, located on the slopes of the volcano. Following careful manual harvesting, the wine ages for about 4 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with its own yeasts.

The result is a well-structured wine with a fruity and savory character, excellent for accompanying seafood cuisine.

Tasting Notes.: by. g colorstraw yellow bright; fruity notes of peach and melon stand out on the nose, flanked by iodine and white pepper touches. In the mouth it is fresh, savory, balanced, with good persistence.

Pairings: Ideal paired with fish and shellfish pasta dishes, such as spaghetti with clams or bottarga.
