The White Wine "Ewa" by Elena Walch comes from grapes rich in aromas, grown on well-drained and perfectly exposed limestone soils. Fermented in steel tanks and then aged, for a few months, on its own yeasts, it is a wine of peculiar freshness, as well as concentrated and of the highest quality, able to give due luster to the careful work performed in the vineyard.
Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color intense. The nose is pleasantly aromatic, with dominant notes of rose and herbaceous hints. The palate is fresh, elegant and well structured.
Pairings: perfect to brighten aperitifs, it goes well with white meats and Asian cuisine dishes.
