Tasting Notes.: by. c colorcoppery-colored aldo, at first nose one is invested by a kaleidoscope of spices and roots, the grape variety leaves an indelible stamp on this wine, currant alternates with anise, fennel gives way to chinotto, bergamot, licorice root, as time goes by it becomes more toasted and the fruit returns pulpy and sugary, it closes with smoky and saline puffs, rock salt. On the palate it expresses power, the effervescence is well present, stimulating, enhancing freshness, it is a continuous alternation of sweet and fresh hints, of mass that plays with gracefulness; the finish is persistent and reminiscent of pine resin and balsamicity already expressed on the nose.
