From a careful selection of gewürztraminer from the vineyards of Cornaiano comes a velvety and seductive white, characterized by beautiful spicy hints. Vinified and left to mature in steel tanks only in order to preserve its fragrance and immediacy, the Alto Adige Gewürztraminer DOC from Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) is a wine that is exalted on the most diverse occasions, particularly with typical Oriental dishes.

Tasting Notes: by. g colorgolden yellow, the nose expresses a beautiful bouquet of yellow roses, lychee, clove and nutmeg. In the mouth it is full, rich, powerful, characterized by an elegant and long spicy finish.

Pairings: a entire meal, it goes well with spicy appetizers, seafood pastas, baked fish and white meat preparations.
