La Doria 2021 Doc Bardolino Classico - Bolla

To produce Bardolino Bolla grapes from the classic area, which includes Cavaion Veronese, Lazise and Bardolino, are used.

After a cold pre-fermentation maceration to enhance the aromas, the actual maceration takes place, which gives structure and enriches the flavor. This wine, a classic on Veneto tables and beyond, is ideal to accompany an entire meal.

Tasting Notes: by ruby red color fresh, fragrant bouquet with notes of raspberry, morello cherry and a touch of spice. In the mouth it is fruity, savory, delicate but with good structure
