La Real Casa 2022 Doc Custoza - Bolla

Custoza is one of the wines that because of its quality allowed the winery to Bolla to deserve in 1909 the medal of "la Real casa"

Tasting Notes: by straw yellow color clear, with greenish reflections that herald its freshness. On the nose, the wine expresses a delicate but complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits such as apple and pear, and a light touch of citrus, which together create an inviting and harmonious olfactory profile.

Pairings: perfect with tartare, fish carpaccio, white meats, sliced and cured meats, sea bass, vitello tonnato, fresh cheeses, battered vegetables, pasta with fish.
