Lafóa, synonymous with one of the greatest Sauvignon Blanc of Italy. A wine characterized by an unmistakable style, all played on a delicate balance between fruit and acidity, which comes from the estate of the same name not far from the winery. This is an area that, due to climatic conditions, is ideal for viticulture and has proven over the years to be able to give birth to some of the greatest Alto Adige wines. The Lafóa is indeed always harmonious and balanced, of great depth, punctually shot through with its typical fresh elegance.

The Alto Adige Sauvignon DOC "Lafóa" by. Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) is an unforgettable white wine.

Tasting Notes.: by. g colorstraw yellow intense, the nose expresses intense fruity notes reminiscent of elderberry, acacia flowers and sage. An olfactory profile perfectly integrated with hints of even vanilla, reminiscent of aging in wood. In the mouth it is satisfying, harmonious, balanced and very tasty. Acidity and freshness balance its natural structure to a finish with virtually infinite persistence.

Pairings: ebinding and structured, the Lafóa by Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) is a white wine that seeks equally full-bodied pairings. Roast chicken, also with potatoes.
