Tasting Notes.: yes presents itself with an ruby red color not too intense, typical of Nebbiolo. The range of aromas that develops on the nose highlights fine notes of wild strawberries and raspberry, enhanced by earthy nuances and menthol. In the mouth it is medium-bodied, broad, with a well concentrated sip.
Pairings: ideal with traditional Piedmontese meat dishes. Also perfect with chicken and pork main courses, cooked with light preparations; it is at its best with beef escalopes with mushrooms.
