This Valpolicella Classico DOC from Santi originates in an area, between the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Negrar and Fumane, particularly suited and called, precisely, "Le Caleselle."
Tasting Notes: by. intense ruby color. The nose is expressed with dominant fruity scents; notes of cherry jam and blueberries stand out in particular. The palate is full-bodied, soft, balanced and long persistent.
Pairings: excellent with risottos and pastas with meat sauces, goes well with livers and noble poultry.
