A product born from the grapes of Moscato Bianco, the prince vine of these lands, where it succeeds in expressing all its qualities at their best. A return to the origins as far as winemaking is concerned, resuming the tradition of the second half of the 19th century, before the advent of the Martinotti method, when it was made sparkling with re-fermentation in the bottle. A wine endowed with great vitality and a sweetness that is not cloying, characteristics that also make it ideal for new and unique occasions of pairing and consumption.
Tasting notes: olfactively, it reveals itself through a unique aromaticity, where the reference to the Muscat grape from which it comes presents itself in all its articulate bouquet: apple, pear, light cedar zest, fresh sponge cake and a nuanced background of sage.
Pairings: Perfect with large leavened goods: panettone, colomba, pandoro; it also pairs ideally with dry desserts without the presence of cream, such as hazelnut cake. Surprising as an aperitif and paired with shellfish or freshwater fish.
