Tasting notes: dress the glass of a nice ruby red. The sense of smell is characterized by fruity hints that mainly recall the blackberries and ripe raspberries, to which are added vanilla shades and thin chocolate shades. The mouth is pleasant, soft and round, then at the same time crossed by a slight minerality. Excellent persistence.
Combinations: Perfect to be combined with the second courses of earth cuisine, it is excellent with the baked pork arista.
