This white wine from Bel Colle was born from Nascetta grapes in purity, one of Piedmont's native white grape varieties.
At the end of harvesting operations, the must remains in contact with the skins for 24 hours, then is vinified in thermoregulated steel tanks for 10 days with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine then ages for 3 months on the lees.
Tasting Notes.: presents itself of straw yellow color. The aroma is deep and rich, fruity, with great intensity and persistence. And very persistent and long aftertaste.
Pairings: ideal aperitif wine, excellent with fresh appetizers and seafood.
