The Nebbiolo d'Alba La Reala of Bel Colle is born in the municipality of Verduno, in the northernmost area of the Barolo appellation. After harvesting operations are completed, the grapes are fermented in steel vats, where the skins macerate in contact with the must for 10 days. This is followed by a period of aging in Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and by a short bottle aging.
Tasting Notes.: presents itself of garnet red color and with a bouquet characterized by aromas of rose, tart cherry and delicate balsamic notes. With good structure, the sip is distinguished by velvety tannins and a pleasant fruity finish.
Pairings: to pair with cured meats, Fassone tartare, pasta with meat sauce and stewed meats.
