The only native Trentino white grape variety, Nosiola finds its place of choice on the hills of Pressano and the Cembra Valley. In the historic production area, on the marly soils of Pressano, Nosiola takes on singular connotations of aromaticity and structure.
Tasting Notes.: by. straw yellow color faint, with pastel green highlights. Floral hints of rose petals, lychee and jasmine, with a curious nutty note. On the palate, the wine is full and persistent, with correct acidity.
Pairings: perfect with fish, shellfish and cheeses.
