"Pfefferer Pink" by. Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl) is a Rosè fresh and fruity wine made from a blend of several varieties typical of the area and the province of Bolzano. The grapes are grown on gravelly, sandy soils and are carefully selected by the winery to offer a pleasant, immediate sip that reflects the winery's style and reflects the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT appellation.

The grapes are vinified in white after a quick contact with the skins, then the must ferments in steel vats and ages on fine yeasts before release.

Tasting Notes.: presents a beautiful color Rosè discharge in the glass. The nose is characterized by a pleasant, delicate aromatic note, followed by hints of small red fruits, ripe peach and hints of spice. In the mouth it is fresh and taut, with a streamlined, fruity and lively sip that draws the drinker in.

Pairings: a Rosè really fun and versatile food-wine pairing. It accompanies seafood appetizers and finger foods with ease, as well as fish main courses and spicy dishes. Excellent with basmati rice and curried shrimp.
