Curiosity and the desire to experiment: these are the elements behind the Pinot Grigio labeled "Alois Lageder". Processed exclusively in steel and left to mature for four months on the fine lees, it is a typical and territorial white, but at the same time never banal and never obvious.
Always available and extremely eclectic in its gastronomic combinations, it is excellent to accompany a good cold chicken salad. If you then want to uncork it during a nice spring picnic, then yes it will close the circle for a "perfect situation."

Tasting NotesStraw yellow is the color to the eye, with good charge. The nose is fruity, with clear hints of peach and melon, followed by mineral undertones and nuances of herbs. The same path of the olfactory is taken by the palate, which is fresh, full-bodied and with good length.

PairingsVersatile in table pairings, it is excellent together with cold chicken salad.
