Since 2008 we had been searching for a "Cru" particularly suited to the production of this noble variety of French origin. After years of research and several microvinification trials, we chose the "Ganger" Vineyard.
Tasting notes: by ruby red color. The nose is elegantly fruity, characterized by hints of wild berries and black cherries that stand out above all. Velvety and of excellent balance the sip, well worked of the tannic texture and long in persistence.
Pairings: excellent with first courses, it is perfect with porcini mushroom risotto.
