Historic vineyards, planted in areas historically equally suited to viticulture, are the starting point. Add to this the long-standing winemaking tradition of the cooperative winery. Colterenzio (Kellerei Schreckbichl), here leccellenza becomes unquestionable.

Fermented, and then left to mature for ten months, part in steel and part in tonneau, the Pinot GrigioPuiten is to be ranked among the best Pinot Grigios in the Alto Adige. Immediacy, delicacy and softness play with freshness and minerality, all for a harmonious and balanced sip that will absolutely not fail to offer you emotions.

Tasting Notes: at the view presents itself straw yellow clear, with greenish highlights. The nose perceives an olfactory bouquet composed of hints of peach, grapefruit and sweet spices. The palate is all played in the balance between freshness, minerality and soft parts. Excellent persistence and pleasantly savory closure.

Pairings: incounter numerous food pairings : excellent with leek and shrimp gnocchi.
